For us Friday is a day of worship and i will try and do my work and worship  as it is a difficult task to maintain harmony among both as i  work mad hours. No fix hours of working hours for your boy.

It's not an entire day of worship. You're only expected to make time out of your busy day to go to Friday prayers and it's main purpose is political as its supposed to get the entire community of men together and not ritualistic.

Aprt from that there is reading of surah baqrah and surah kafh, so thats get difficult....prayers are never a problem, priority

Wait really?, it literally takes hours to get through all of al baqarah, Lmao. I'd just go to a different mosque or even better if you have enough muslims to just hold it yourselves.

yes other options would be goto the mosques but again gotta reach there way early
