The 15% weekly limit to tippers has been made more lenient. It previously was checking if the recipient had tipped during the month. Now it will only check if they currently have an allowance. Please tip people *outside* of the tipping community. Farther has no chance of growing unless you do.

Well pls putting cap on whom to tip and not to tip is not going to help and you can see the outcome. Pls don’t try putting leash on people after they spend a bomb to get an allowance. Let people tip whom they wanna tip.
