I think the noodles is not hard to find. I’ll see if I can make the dipping sauce, though I’m not sure what those sauces are called😂 😂

Restaurants serve soba and udon noodles in-house, but somen noodles are so easy to make that they can be hard to serve in restaurants because they can be made quickly just by boiling dried noodles.
Even if you don't have this machine, you may be able to find somen noodles for sale if you look around.
