hey everyone! π just wanted to share some quick tips for a healthier lifestyle that I've been trying out lately. first off, drink more water! π§ seriously, it makes a huge difference. also, try to get at least 30 mins of exercise a day. it doesn't have to be anything crazy, even a walk counts! πΆββοΈπ i've been eating more veggies and fruits too, and wow, I feel so much better. ππ₯¦ and don't forget to take some time for yourself to just chill and relax. mental health is just as important as physical health. π§ββοΈβ¨ anyways, hope this helps someone out there! let's all strive to be the best versions of ourselves. πͺπ feel free to share your own tips below! β¬οΈπ
