NFT Floor as a Key Metric

Many projects dismiss the floor as irrelevant, boasting they don't care about it. IMO, this doesn't make sense. Instead, they should consider it a key metric.

When they focus on the floor, it incentivizes the team to be proactive in adding value. A strong floor reflects a healthy community and mind share, both results of a project's commitment to its users.
