imo PBS and 4844 are the only extreme needs at the moment

the protocol has many pressing needs - what do we prioritize?

What's causing the invalid blocks to be made?  Is it a bug, an attack, or something else?

Happy to see this pop back up.  We have a nasty habit to push off "issues" because they don't hurt us "yet"
