afaik i think the issue with L2's is there's no mempool so no MEV.

someone on X explained well how sinpers where just spamming 24/7 tx's looking for new LP pools deployed from clanker (and fresh tokens) to try and buy the token (sniping) on the same tx.

They recommended you guys not use the NFT minting part of uni v3 and just create the LP pools directly instead, so snipers can't -see- that NFT index+1 and then check CA -> snipe all in one block

They were incorrect with how we are handling the deployment so advice wasn’t helpful unfortunately

Definitely is! Just don’t want to give up our great fee model 

Think it’s contributed a bunch to our growth and it’s not even…live, but users are asking 

The Mev thread person thought we burned the LP, it’s locked
