sharing  this incident report covering an error I made during Batch #3 of the $PROXY token migration.

TLDR: 12 users received duplicate distributions, 3747.70 $PROXY tokens were incorrectly distributed. 6 users have responded to my dms and each returned the full amount received in error, total of 2607 $PROXY returned at time of publication. Team is reviewing migration processes to avoid errors like this going forward.
