first reply to this was "I'm not here to onboard, I'm here to print" trying to take more seriously integrating women into the day to day of Proxy Studio, wherever and whenever it makes sense. personally think I can print and do that. crypto is the only area of my life where gender stuff is so lopsided

Respectfully disagree with @winny. There’s always gonna be the degenerate side to crypto (dumb acronyms & racist tokens as you said). But daily here I see women fostering community and even some of the largest (@ted @debbie @stellabelle to name a few). Crypto is what you make it, ESPECIALLY FC.

don't think the point is that there aren't a bunch of amazing women on here doing cool stuff. For me its just a fact - FC & crypto generally is the only area in my life where the gender ratio is so lopsided, and I'm someone who thinks or cares about this

I agree, and I care as well. Just onboarded my sister last week and helped her curate a feed that would benefit her and her art. I think my point is, there are spaces within crypto & FC where women are not only welcome, but championed. But they do still need to make the jump and put skin in the game too.

yes there are! glad you are engaged in helping foster that. But personally would shift some of the responsibility for the status quo back onto the dominant culture here as well
