What's one thing that's confusing about Farcaster?

onboarding for new users: the suggested follows aren't very useful, lots of good channels aren't obvious to newcomers (I would never have joined /six or /bad-takes on day one but they are actually great places to cast) everyone's doing $DEGEN or 🍖 tips but channel org. makes it hard for users to get plugged in

@dwr.eth biggest issue is cultural, no warm welcome, lots of slightly hostile casts about norms & how "farcaster is different" but I actually didn't experience the high signal low noise until I actively sought it out. instead I saw a bunch of accounts with huge followings complaining about new users

+1 I've also heard new users express dismay about being lectured by rich ppl. IMO a healthy dose of we-are-still-so-early humility would be better than a i-put-in-the-work-for-this-massive-following-dont-fk-it-up-for-us attitude.

I'm bewildered, where does this sense of elitism and entitlement come from? Nothing the devs & builders create here will matter at all if users don't feel warmly accepted here. especially given all the normal growing pains & basic features still in development. We should be giving airdrop farmers heartfelt thanks
