This drastically changed my life https://apps.apple.com/us/app/blank-spaces-app-launcher/id1570856853 Im on my phone all day anyway I literally dont need red dots or even slack notifications because I check in intervals anyway. This has made my brain so much more calm and removes branding hypnosis and colors
