@carlos whats terminal's fee model? any changes from the prior app terms

updates to heyterminal:

- Token creation is restricted for anon accounts
- Max 2 tokens/day per user (for now)
- Token names capped at 10 characters

We'll monitor and tweak as we go.

TL;DR: Fees accrued will be split with creators—of course, that’s the only way it should be. Det coming soon!
