"better NFT market" - marketplace means that you can also sell, not just buy. The site that you shared does not do that. NFTdegen does. "exorbitant fees" - by default there's 4% royalty fee on NFTdegen (split between the creator and the platform), which is in line with what you have on OpenSea and similar marketplaces
