you would think that, given how people talk about it, but sniping has not really been a major issue for some time. the reality of the sniper issue is a lot more nuanced. dev buys are around the corner. i think that users will feel a lot better - which is really all that matters snipers seem to have stopped targeting all launches besides coins from high follower accounts, we certainly aren't seeing anything outside the norm for launchpads - peak was the 100m+ day

Oh. Good to know. I gave up on trading clankers for the last week, because I kept getting dumped immediately. But yeah all the chats just complain about snipers all day 🤣

yeah, much more likely that its human traders selling tokens than snipers, but we also have had real issues with snipers I think the bigger issue is that people assume that because clanker has had a bunch of coins that have gone up a lot, every clanker will go up a lot, these are highly speculative, volatile markets

Initially had similar thoughts here as @lampphotography but this all makes sense… relatedly, am sure the team’s aware but I was impressed with the mechanisms g8.xyz uses (reserves, taxes, penalties etc.)

Yeah that's true. My strategy has been low and slow, but I usually get cut in half within minutes and then it just fizzles 🤣
