How would you use the capital to grow regen, what exactly would you build

Grants = Growth 💚 Gitcoin Grants Program 💸 Gitcoin /gitcoin /passport /grants 

1. $degen<>$regen incentives to get the flywheel spinning 

2. New infra for public good funding, like in-feed quadratic tipping (@gitcoin)

3. Bounties for the community to build/bridge onchain and IRL (emergence) 

4. Enhanced version of proof-of-regen - regen.tips/score - to gamify social/onchain behaviour and incentivise more regen building/creating/being
