ah i assumed any tokens I had created would receive the fees based on volume (including snipers generated volume)

think you're a bit confused

with uniswap v3, the pool itself accumulates fees

clanker claims them, and they are split between the user who requested the token and our devco safe

yes snipers are paying the token creators in fees to some extent

the fees are accumulated on the volume from the token buys and sells, if someone has been sniping these tokens they are generating volume and hence accumulating fees, correct?

so once clanker claims them and split between the requestor that means the sniper bots have effectively paid out to them
