Voting Rights:
🗳️ $moxie held = 1 vote per moxie
🗳️ Fan Tokens held = 2 votes per $moxie TVL
🗳️ FT locked = 3 votes per $moxie TVL
🗳️ LP Provider = 2 votes per TVL 

When you vote, you indicate what *PERCENTAGE* of your votes goes to each project. Snapshot will allocate ALL of your voting power based on that allocation

For example in the video 👇 I am splitting 1 million Voting Power into 10 votes & allocating 5 Votes = 50% to project 1, 3 votes = 30% to #2, & 2 votes = 20% to #3.

Notes: Gill has been a collaborater in the studio for a long time, and has done a bunch of excellent work. When Moxie launched, we agreed that the project felt hard to grasp for newbies, and educational content might help that. I compensated Gill to produce some Moxie content - and he grew the project into much more on his own time. 

Gill is who we want contributing on Farcaster - positive sum, wonderful to hang around with, smart, an artist, crypto-native - I could go on for a while! 

Retrofunding will help Gill support himself - he works full time as a contributor across several crypto projects. I know there are a ton of wonderful projects deserving of support here, but I hope you'll consider including Gill too! He's pledged to provide some portion of the rewards back to Proxy Studio, which will help us continue to pay people to pitch in on the network
