this week i built

(WIP)
Started work on an open source Multisig wallet as a service, SafeBaseVault
Allows for the creation of a wallet with as many signers as you want and you decide the quorum when setting up the wallet. I intend to integrate Coinbase Paymaster. 
Currently debugging the code before i push to github
