It seems that WC upload image pb is linked to an API request limit (error 429). An alternative that I tried and that seem to work is to upload to imgur and then post the direct link to the image (right click + copy img address in browser). But the integration is less nice.

Yes probably, I don't think that uploading media is part of the farcaster API, so each client do this their own way ... And as long as a client is capable of automatically show image from url, we will always have alternative solution anyway ;-)
