Members' work enhancing Ethereum’s rollup-centric roadmap saw huge payoffs in 2024 🛠

Smart Contract Architecture 🏛

2025 Org Goals 🎯

• Increase median annual vesting per member to ~$300,000
• Refine membership curation process
• Improve smart contract architecture to reduce dependencies
• Revamp branding
• Evaluate the viability of incorporating impact weighting into the mechanism

2024 was an incredible year for PG and the members it funds. 

However, it's crucial we continue to build mindshare for the 1% pledge initiative for maintaining Ethereum's development momentum and making core protocol work economically competitive w/ comparable opportunities
