How long have you been working on it?

It has nothing to do with crypto. All the funds I use for all this work comes from profits made with crypto. I've been looking for alternatives to the system for a long time now. Crypto is one of them. Altruism is another. It's the ultimate system change. The only one that will really make a lasting difference. Meanwhile, crypto empowers people. 
So I now run a fund for people to invest in crypto passively and all the management fees go to the NPO.

All my allowances here go to fostering altruism too. And all tips I get too
