Without shilling to hard; Basically by just using the data feeds, the OEV recapture is implemented. The solution is built on a ZK-rollup specialized order flow auction platform. https://medium.com/api3/announcing-oev-network-the-zk-rollup-to-capture-all-oracle-extractable-value-b9df4168d136
