Can we stop mint and burn remaining supply ?

Nope. Only the bonding curve contract can access the minting/burning function whenever people buy/sell. When it reaches the max supply (meaning full minting status), no more DEPE can be minted (meaning that no one can purchase from the bonding curve pool).
