It's a bonding curve system. When a person buys DEPE, the curve minting DEPE to the buyer. When a person sell DEPE, the curve burns DEPE taken from the seller. Thus, the current supply keeps increasing/decreasing based on the DEPE demands. This is how the liquidity runs automatically thru the bonding curve.

If it hits 100th step, no one can buy from the bonding curve anymore. Only be able to sell. This is called "full-minting" stage. In that case, people may create an AMM-based liquidity pool outside to trade.
