What I don’t understand is that there was a bug. Actually the background should be one color. Hehe

Oh, it's not a bug. The original image is set as a colour frame. You may change some color palette accidently changed to the same yellow color and the palette made two similar yellow color because it doesn't allow to have the exact same hex code for multiple paints.
