How tf did the world let Pakistan of all places have nuclear weapons?

Just think once again about this fact that Pakistan is a nuclear power and India is still attacking Pakistan openly, and what if Pakistan didn't have those weapons ?

You can call it fortunate or unfortunate but in Pakistan Army is pulling the strings of Government from behind and Pakistani Army is much stronger than most of the Asian countries

And about the Indian government !! They are racist and almost everyone knows about this who reads the news. 

During this government in India many times Muslims are butchered

I get it and I’ll always defend people’s right to self defense. Just seems like the Pakistan government is not very strong to keep control over nuclear weapons?
