Gonna do a modified version of 75 hard tailored a bit more to my schedule and preferred diet / exercise. Also I like fasting, gonna throw a couple 3 day fasts in the 75 days.

fyi there is evidence that training muscle groups multiple times per week is much better for hypertrophy (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27102172/) have seen ppl recommend upper/lower or full body splits for when working out 3x per week
