When #Ethereum crashed from $4,800 to $1,200 (last cycle), it formed this pattern (on the right). If you invert this pattern, it looks like Ethereum right now. It is common for market cycles to mirror themselves. (Bitcoin did the same thing in a previous cycle). I think Ethereum is ready for a move to $4,800 as it mirrors the same pattern it made on the way down.
