LAX uber / lyft pickup is one of the dumbest things ever. No one wants to take a 20 min shuttle — including a red light and another walk — to get to an app pickup. Do better LAX smh.

PWAs are such a machiavellian Apple move because it lets them portray “open ecosystem” but in practice they're just annoying enough that you never ACTUALLY want to use them Don’t force people to come into your walled garden. Make it just uncomfortable enough on the outside, so they WANT to come in

Clever experiment by @DoorDash — crowd source food pics with credits. I love high quality reviews / photos, and it makes a marketplace stronger and more trusted. Surprised others in diff industries don’t try this too
