Talent Pass might be good for bots. 
Not ideal but maybe get an intern to check the top of the leaderboard occasionally to look for bad actors. They could also be a conduit for people to report them.
I know you would like a code for this but crafting one is incredibly difficult without having tons of false positives.
T4T limits seemed reasonable to me fwiw.
appreciate you listening to the community bc the spam filter is terribly flawed.

T4T limit was 15 but i wasn’t even half of that my highest was 8 and still got banned @jacek
