Since it's a hot topic today, here are my thoughts on the spam label.

In general, my rule on Warpcast is simple: if I engage with someone multiple times and they don't reciprocate, I stop engaging or unfollow. I treat it the same way I would in real life. If someone doesn't want to interact, why keep pushing?

Growing an account on any platform is very hard. It takes time and effort. I’d argue it’s a lot easier on Farcaster than it is on others. Getting follows from big accounts is great, but it's not the best way to grow a small account. Instead, find a community or channel you genuinely enjoy and start casting content there. You won’t have to worry about being labeled as spam. When I first joined Farcaster, most of my original friends came from the /lp community.

And it should go without saying but if you’re replying to high ranked accounts because you want moxie, that’s a sure fire way to get you labeled as spam and in moxie jail lol. It’s very easy to tell when someone is engaging for moxie.
