Workout 1 for the week. Could not maintain the reps, 360 double unders a bridge too far for me so I did singles for Rounds 5 and 6. I did manage to squeeze in 4 workouts last week although I didn’t post about them all and I also managed to squeeze in under 200 lbs on the scales for the first time in approx 4 years! 🎉
