As I mentioned, I'm diving into unity this week. I asked members of /success to share what unity means to them. There were some great answers from mutilate members of the community like @maretus.eth @valhalla1 and @collectorscanyon.eth. 

However the link below from @danial-jung really stood out to me. The description of someone who has an integrated personality gave some great insight to the type of people who help unify teams and lead to success. 

There's the call out of responding to feedback, having positive self-concept, and healthy expression of emotions. All are important to consider when having an integrated personality.

Those who have shared what it means to them have all had great ideas, continue to share ideas here if you would like. Here's some high level information below:

Unity and success go hand in hand. Success isn't always achieved by only one person pursuing, most of the time it takes others to help it be achieved. 

As it was mentioned yesterday, our mindsets and how we interact with others plays a huge part in working together. We need to be able to give clear objectives and coach while also being someone who is respected and disciplined. And, well, able to do so in a way that motivates and energizes. 

As team members, we need to do our part and step up. Success as a team is dependent on each person pulling their weight and stepping in to help others.
