Action bias is REALLY important in bottom up organizations. When you have a bunch of people with diverse opinions it’s easy to get stuck in a talk trap where you’re always looking for more community input. Talking and doing both provide new information, but information from doing can be far more credible if you do things right. It’s so important that you should filter for action bias as part of your on-boarding process.

Action bias drives progress in bottom-up orgs. Prioritize doing over endless discussion for credibility and efficiency
