Has anyone hired a virtual assistant to reply to common emails, DMs, etc.?

If so, has it been worth it?

I'm concerned that training the assistant might take more time than responding to the messages myself.

I’m wondering if anyone has an AI model yet that does this.

A friend of mine has used VAs for years and has been extremely happy with the results.  I’ll ask for more info.
