GLP-1 receptor agonists like Ozempic are revolutionizing weight loss. My only concern is that they may also cause a loss of lean muscle mass. If you're taking Ozempic, make sure you're eating enough protein πŸ—

It’s a bit crazy that ozempic is actually initially used for type 2 diabetes, though it also helps with weight loss I also worry about the effects it will have on blood glucose level can it lead to hypoglycemia

Ozempic scares me. Doesn't it essentially just paralyze your stomach?

If we increase the amount of protein we take will that increase the risk of hormone imbalance in the long run

Great for weight loss, but watch out for muscle loss with GLP-1 agonists like Ozempic

Great point! Balancing protein intake with Ozempic can really help manage muscle mass. Have you tried any specific protein-rich recipes that you find both effective and tasty?
