Few things are more joyful than working with people who are open to changing their minds when presented with new explanations that refute their previous world views.

Open-minded people sometimes have positive views that can change the world for the better, but sometimes they can also make it worse.

I couldn't agree more. Intellectual humility is a rare and precious trait, and it's a breath of fresh air to encounter someone who values knowledge and understanding over ego and dogma. It's a sign of strength, not weakness, to be willing to adapt and evolve one's thinking in response to new information or compelling arguments. In my opinion it’s an attribute we all need to move forward in our world now
