I only practice versions (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7336946/#:~:text=QOL%20improvement%20has%20been%20noted,were%20reduced%20with%20Pranayama%20practices) of it practiced by Yoga experts for centuries in the eastern world :) Notably, the deaths happened when people held their breaths under water. ๏ฟฝ
