do head scratches feel better or worse when you are bald?

1/ I did a controlled experiment for this. I hired 100 people. For a year told them to grow their hair out to the max. Shoulder length. Then the experiment began. I divided the experiment into three phases:

Phase 1: Max hair head scratching
Phase 2: Everyone got a normal haircut; Normal hair length head scratching 
Phase 3: Everyone got bald; Bald head scratching 

Throughout the phases everyone was required to fill in their responses in a head scratching satisfaction level form. The results were as follows:

3/ The majority (87%) of the people felt the head scratching to be most satisfying when the hair was cut short.
