Exciting News! I'm thrilled to announce that I'm launching a new startup, desocialClub! It's a social marketplace where you can unlock exclusive local insights and recommendations directly from like-minded locals. Imagine exploring a new city and having access to hidden gems—restaurants, bars, clubs, and more—shared by people who truly know the area. DesocialClub connects travelers with knowledgeable locals, making sure every experience is memorable. We're gearing up for our beta launch in just a month, focusing on Porto and Lisbon. If you're based in either city and know all the best spots, here's your chance to monetize your local knowledge! Want to be part of this game-changing platform? Send me a DM to create your profile and start selling your local experiences. Let’s make exploring new places better together!

3/3 Theoretically, yes, you can and you should break the grid if optically looks aligned. @darph @macedo thanks for kudos and kind words!! ❤️❤️

2/3 For your second iteration, here’s why I made these decisions: When designing a logo, always respect your grid—unless breaking it is the only way to make it look aligned. Our current Build logo is one of those exceptions.

1/3 Your first iteration doesn’t work well at small scales (48x48 or 64x64px), which is likely the size this logo will be used most.

Don’t make me think and Design of everyday things are obvious and I’m sure you read them :) As more product related books (which def helps with design thinking) I can suggest: Inspired (read) Sprint (reading) Made to stick (will read next)

I have but needs to doublecheck sometimes, I don’t use my TG handle anywhere else. Also, my name is super common in Portugal, which makes it difficult to use the same handle across platforms.
