On the discussion for changing ETH issuance: In my mind, a negative issuance scenario would devastate solo staking. The big guys like Lido can cover losses by sharing MEV and spreading out spiky fees. Solo stakers don't have that luxury. More stETH dominance would backfire to the proposed goal.

The axiom is that reducing ROTA and margin concentrates and centralizes the players. The burden of proof is to dispel that.
