Just remembered when Arca's Jeff Dorman sent this "Request for change at (GNO)", just over 3.5 years ago during dispute with team. He claimed they were squandering tokenholders' resources. 

That turned out the be very wrong as Gnosis & GNO have excelled. GNO increased 800%+ over 3.5 years, outperforming Bitcoin (33%)

The biggest concern was that Gnosis raised funds for a prediction market but were building other products, which turned into some of the most common consumer crypto apps today (SAFE & COW)

Since that post there have been huge successes at Gnosis:
 
 1. Acquired xDai chain (now Gnosis Chain)
 2. Launched Gnosis DAO
 3. Successfully spun out SAFE and CoW (and soon Karpatkey)

plus over $200m + in ETH & stables in the DAO treasury

And that appears to be just the beginning for Gnosis. Just recently published "Introducing Gnosis v3" in the forum with an increased focus on autonomous AI agents, payments and - bringing it back full circle - prediction markets!

of course, one can argue that these successes - or at least the value to GNO holders - could be (in a small way) attributed to the prodding of Jeff Dorman & Arca. More clearly establishing token holders rights
