Besides being an all-around incredibly talented woman, she is one of the organizers behind the two biggest events in the Ethereum Ecosystem (Devcon & Devconnect). 

1. Can you share the journey that led you to work in comms for two biggest events in the space?

Facilitating people's work @pimlico | Prev. Ethereum Foundation

2. What skills do you believe are essential for someone looking do what you do?

- fighting perfectionism and overthinking
- being resilient and consistent

4. What has been the most memorable event you have participated in?

Devconnect Amsterdam! I was there as an attendee, and it was such a unique spirit and atmosphere.

5. Do you have tips for not forgetting about time for yourself/self care while helping to organize these massive events?

Learn something new just for yourself. I do ceramics at the weekends and it helps me recharge.

3. What have been the most challenging hurdles you had to overcome, and what advice would you give someone facing similar challenges?

Self doubt and impatience with me and my process. 
Start trusting yourself, that you're on the right path, and that you are getting better.
