(I lived very close where I took this photo so its also a special memory for me of this neighbourhood of Budapest)

its the 7th distcrit of Budapest, near Keleti Railway station. This part of the district is called "Csikágó" (Chicago). originally because of the grid-like streets like in the USA, but later it was more associated with crime and drugs :D

Oh yes, the trains from Germany arrive here! I lived really close to the station in Nefelejcs street for about 5 years.

Ah. Yes. Arrived at this station when took the train from Berlin to Budapest via Münich three years ago. It was early evening and turned to see the facade and then walked to the apartment rented for the month. Was a special memory. Walked all around that neighbourhood. My mother and her parents lived not too far from there before the revolution.
