Second drop from LayerZero

An unexpected drop that was much better than the first drop due to the low number of active users after TGE. The increase to the first drop varies a lot, from 15% to 15 times.

The second drop allocated tokens of users who didn't brand from the first allocation.

🔘Allocation of the drop depended on the amount of gas spent for transfers through L0 after TGE.
