Nothing quite like processing a freshly harvested deer to make me thankful I live in such a beautiful state that has abundant hunting opportunities. This should last a few months on one deer, and I'm taking my son for a hunt next weekend to see if we can get him one also. I'll spare you the pictures. We hunt to eat, not sport. I'm super proud of my wife for taking her first 8 point buck.

Simply based 💯 Well processed and prepared deer meat is the best. It doesn't taste gamey and works in many dishes 😋

Fully agree. It'll take me a while to cut this all up and get it packaged, but I have the front half already deboned and ready to section.
