I was thinking how to onboard the newcomers.

As a welcome gift, I thought I can give all of my tip allowance to the first 28 frogs who comment “I am a based frog 🐸 RIBBIT!”

TLDR
1. Get an allowance by putting 10k DEGEN tokens on Base into your connected wallet.
2. The amount of allowance you get is based on your “level” - which is presumably based on engagement levels.
