We're seeing occasional payout issues for a small subset of users who have voted correctly but are getting notified that they were awarded $0

We're investigating the issue and sending refunds in the meantime to anyone affected

The @ponder working so hard, there are some problem but they will solve it soon.

I inqunter thise problem once two day ago.
