how often will allocations be resetted?

setting 10k threshold is good, but limiting it with only period 1 participants is not a very good strat imo

Tipping mechanism is currently only valid for Period 2, if successful, it will be extended for the remaining of season 2. Imagine, experiment then experiment more.
