I think the British people are very, very attached to the idea that the health service is free at the point of use. But there is no reason why every doctor, nurse and teacher in this country has to be employed by the state.

Es claro que en el Reino Unido la idea de un servicio de salud gratuito es muy apreciada. Sin embargo, la posibilidad de que no todos los profesionales de la salud y la educación sean empleados estatales es válida y podría aportar beneficios.
